A lot of people ask me why I started Perfect event Proposals.
It's a fair question as the events industry is renowned for not embracing software products.
But after working as an intern at an events company in NYC I was certain that this is the industry I wanted to not only work in, but to find where I could add the most value.
I interviewed over 200 Event Professionals to find out your biggest pains and frustrations.
Registration, rooming lists, staffing, sponsorship & reporting ROI were all big issues that came up but proposal creation was one of the biggest causes of time waste and stress.
Searching for text or pictures, formatting images, designing on Word or Powerpoint, sending proposals into a ‘black hole’ were all huge areas of frustration.
I also spoke to a lot of companies to discover what they look for when shortlisting a proposal.
